TRUMP ARRIVES IN NJ| MELANIA SUPPORTS HUSBAND
Despite rumors that the Former President would attend the UFC fight in Florida after his attempted assassination attempt at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last night, the President quietly retired to a residence in New Jersey.
Video of the president’s last public appearance, on a runway in New Jersey can be seen here. One can not see if his ear, where he caught the assassin’s bullet, is bandaged.
Melania Trump has made few public appearances this year, despite the public debut of her and Donald’s son, Barron.
Baron recently appeared at his first rally in Doral, Florida.
Neither Melania nor Barron were reported to be at the Pennsylvania rally. Melania reportedly saw it on T.V.
However, the former First Lady issued a long statement on Sunday morning. The statement will be embedded in its entirety here:
Melania closed on the words, “The winds of change have arrived. For those of you who cry in support, I thank you. I commend those of you who have reached out beyond the political divide–– thank you for remembering that every single politician is a man or a woman with a loving family.”
The New York Post recently reported (before the shooting) that Melania will appear with her husband at the Republican National Convention.
